I wonder how you will go about acquiring these weapons, considering you simply got a sword every time you spawned in the original.Īs much as I'm judging this based on its choice of animation and art style(because honestly, it's bad), I think it's really unfair to judge the gameplay itself with what we've seen so far.

I feel like if they ditched the facial features and instead modeled the characters after these while maybe keeping the new shading style then maybe it could work, but we'd have to see it first. It was announced this morning by Messhof Games that Nidhogg 2 will be arriving on Switch in a little over two weeks on November 22. Now, that silence has been broken and we finally know when Nidhogg 2 will be hitting Nintendo’s console and handheld hybrid. Messhof Games announced earlier this year that Nidhogg 2 would be making its way to Nintendo Switch by the end of 2018, but talk about this port of the fighting game eventually fell rather silent.
